Dear Donnie,

To answer your question specifically, we would need to understand the problems that you are facing in your job search? Have you given interviews in any of these companies? Or, the problem is that your resume is not getting shortlisted for interview? This will be basically a root/cause analysis. The chances of getting a job in any of these companies would also be dependent on your past experience, qualification, and communication skills.

The hiring process in any big company is based on a couple of steps:
1. Resume shortlisting/screening - The HR shortlists the resume in big companies based on the job description. They normally search for keywords in the resume that match with the job description. So you need to ensure that you customise your resume for every job application.

2. HR Discussion - If HR shortlists your resume, they will call you either in person/phone to understand your communication skills, profile, location, notice period, salary expectation etc. If they feel that you are aligned for the role, they shortlist you for an aptitude test.

3. Aptitude/technical test - Based on your skills/level of experience, you are given some standard tests that test your basics for the job. If you meet the criterion, you get to meet the hiring manager.

4. Interview with hiring manager - is a an assessment of your skills, personality, and communication skills.

5. Salary/negotiation - This is when HR makes the final offer. Some offers fall expectations donot match.

Basically, we need to understand where exactly you face the problem so that we can help you fix it.

Happy fixing!

Cheers,
Nishta

Hi Donnie,

Thank you for the clarification. The question that you ask is very technical and hence we suggest that you consult a technical expert for your query in the SKILL that you want the job. Currently, we dont have a technical expert on our panel who can help you with your specific query but we are growing fast! :-) Having said that, a couple of suggestions for you:

1. Check with some of your colleagues who are working in these companies and have already passed the eligibility tests. They can be the best guides for you.
2. The internet has a lot of sites that you can research/study for getting into these companies.
3. The best way to prepare yourself is to get to work on a live project in the skill that you want to grow. Practice hard.

Be confident and believe in yourself.
