What should be the best clothing styles at work ?

I have just joined a multinational company, please guide me regarding clothing styles at work. My office dress code is formals for monday to thursday (and for meetings) and casuals on friday. What kind of shirts should I prefer only plains or checks & pinstripes are also acceptable ?, What should be the colours? I personaly like bright colours, are they acceptable?. I have also heard about Power Colours, Which are those? and how can I use them ?. What kind of casuals can be worn in office, for friday?. I feel like clothing is very important part to present yourself properly. Please guide so that I can present myself effectively and confidently. Thanks

Tip 1: Well-ironed and well-fitted clothes, neat hair (short crops are 'in' for men), trimmed fingernails, polished shoes, being odor-neutral and carrying classic business accessories are non-negotiable, regardless of your prospect's dress code.

Tip 2: Purchase high class clothes (both formal and business casual) as garments are an investment with huge ROI. It's a proven fact that better dressed professionals are perceived to be more capable, more intelligent and hence, better paid.
