I am feeling humiliated during my appraisal based on my work in past one year. What should I do?

I feel that I was deserving promotion this year but since I work in manufacturing unit all promotions were given in production area.My promotion was due this year.I am feeling to quit the current company where I have worked for last 15 years.

Humiliation is tactical tool deployed by many managers at the time of appraisal when they dont want to give you a hike/promotion. So, I were you I wouldn't be too worried about it. As I can see from your other question posted on Fixerline that you have already made a decision to move on to other opportunities in the market, I suggest that you just ignore all the negative feedback and focus your energies in finding a new opportunity.
