Dear Indowarrier,

Linkedin is social networking site wherein working professionals post profile for gainful employment. I suggest that you do a search of some profiles on Linkedin in your area of interest and you will notice that people from small companies have had the chance to jump careers to big companies.

You will have to figure out the type of job that you are seeking and highlight those skills in your CV. Describe your achievements in numbers. Substantiate it with data.

As you have a good educational background, you need to position your experience on your CV in way that it is relevant to the prospective employer. The size of the company where you have worked for is not important for the next career move. The packaging of your skills is important and for that you need to hone your communication/marketing skills.

Happy fixing!
