What should i exactly do that my boss never yells at me in meeting

If he wants some details to change in given task then can't he speak to me personally. Is this that every bvoss does to their employees? Doesn't the employee have his/ her self respect?

Dear Yami,

Some problems need creative solutions and yours is one of them. There are a couple of options before you:
1. When your Boss yells at you in a meeting, you can walk out.
2. Stand up in the meeting and state calmly that this shouting on a regular basis is something that you don't like as a policy and would prefer to be told about the error in a one-to-one discussion.
3. After the meeting, go and meet your boss and tell him that you are having stress because of this abusive behavior and would prefer if you are told about the problem in a discussion that you have with him privately.

Depending on the intensity of the situation and your Boss's personality, you can pick any one of the above that will make him realize his mistake. Happy fixing!!
