I want to know the exact type of work culture should I have in my company.

There are lot of lists/surveys called 'Great Places to Work' wherein employees rate companies based on different parameters. The work culture in a company should enable:
1) Learning - The company should have a philosophy of upgrading the skills of its employees. It should be a two way relationship.
2) Empowerment - The company should foster a culture of innovation and growth. You should be able to express yourself and experiment with new ideas.
3) Team Work - Happy fun-filled workplaces wherein a failure/mistake is regarded as a learning experience.
If the company is able to fulfill these three basic requirements, I think you should be able to work for the company. Happy fixing!
