I am suffering from sleeping disorder from last 6 months
6 months is a long period of time for you have a sleep disturbance. According to guidelines its a clear indication of clinical sleeping disorder.I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and start off with mild medicine which would help you calm your mind and produce a sound sleep. Simultaneously it is advised that before the job issues and stress become chronic, go for a few counselling sessions as it would give you an outlet to aggravated stress and enhance your coping ability with increased tolerance against it.
